Making markets work in Ohio

A live interactive audio conference presented by Restructuring Today on Feb 1, 2008

Ohio thinks of itself as the state that actually decides who becomes the US president.  Some want to see the state set the example for developing electricity markets, too.  Lawmakers once did decide in favor of competition and now may be ready to make markets really work.
