to enter New York market

non-residential customers of Consolidated Edison, Niagara Mohawk, New York State
Electric & Gas and Rochester Gas & Electric in all New York ISO zones

In the initial phase of market entry, Reliant will offer service to
businesses with power demand of 100 kw/month and higher -- from the largest
C&I and government/institutional clients down to medium sized
businesses.
Services offered will include commodity supply, risk management, demand
response and Green-e renewable energy credits.

market works in terms of customers in New
York, we will bring our offerings down to smaller and smaller businesses and
possibly consider in the future mass market customers," said
